    I have some mp3's that need changing from their current format to 128kbps 44100khz Stereo. The all vary in bitrates etc. I have vdub, but can't convert audio on it's own as you need to open video in this. I would like to do a similar thing as vdub does ie with batch encoding, change of stereo/momo, bitrate and frequency.

    Does anyone know of a utility that can do this??
