This is my first project. I have captured digital video from my Sony TRV130 digital camera using Premiere 6.5. I trimmed the beginning and end of about 20 clips in the timeline. Preview of clips is fine with Premiere. I export the movie (both audio and Video) using Video Server plug-in to Frameserve into Tmpenc. I use Tmpenc to create the audio wav file and video mpeg file. Everything appears fine (no error messages). Using DVDIt to author (no chapters, just one mpeg file and one wav file linked to a play movie button), the video and audio are out of sync.
I have debugged for many hours unsuccessfully.
Premiere - Video - NTSC, 4:3, best quality
Audio - 48KHz
Tmpenc - Video - CBR, 7999 data rate, best quality
Audio - PCM
ES Stream - Video + Audio
DVDIt - Basic defaults

I performed the Frameserve again from Premiere into Tmpenc and did the encoding again. The frame sync problem no longer occurs. Issue resolved (but not understood)
