How to burn a .bin when the .cue is missing?

I have the .bin file, but the .cue file is missing, and everytime i have tried to burn it with NERO, it just doesnt seem to work correctly.

Any input would be helpfull

If its a bin of a movie you could extract the mpeg from the bin using Isobuster then remake a whole new bin & cue from the mpeg with VCDEasy.

Or...some people have found this little program useful.. it'll simply make a cue file from the bin for you

I think you need to have both .CUE and .BIN files to correctly burn a disc.

Using Nero simply go to burn image and then tell it to look at all files. Then click on the .bin and burn it. If it is a video CD (VCD, SVCD) then you need to change the burn to mode2. If it is data, then most likely it will be mode1. This method has not failed me yet.

I'd read petesimon's links. bin2iso seems to work for me. Just make sure that your bin and the created cue file are in the same directory, preferably something short like the c:\ directory for the sake of keeping the command lines simple. Load up the cue and burn in Nero.
