Hi, I've been using the tmpgenc wizard for a couple of mounth now with no problem.
Last night I tried to convert a movie (23.976 fps, 104 min) to VCD using the wizard. The suggested bit rate was ~900bps for the movie to fit a 80Min CD.
Opening the encoded file with virtualdub I checked and the video is ~900 bps and the audio ~128bps as I selected.
But the File size was ~1GB !!!! instead of ~700MB.
I noticed that when using "MPEG1 -system" I get a ~700MB file,
and when using "MPEG1 video-CD" I get the hugh file (setting in TMPGENC).
In the past I always used "MPEG1 video-CD" succesfully.
Can anybody explain what's happening here ?
And what these settings mean exactly.
Thanks,

Think that's the version with a known bug on filesize
1. Get a more recent (or older version)
2. On the "system" tab under "settings" in TMPGEnc make sure you are set to VideoCD NON STANDARD
You should then be OK
