    A few weeks ago a guy attempted to break into my dad's shop. He has a security system and got it on video and i've put in on my computer as MPEG. I'd like to be able to view this video frame-by-frame so maybe we can get the best possible shot of his face and/or license plate and make/model of his car. Does anyone know of a video program that will do so? Thanks in advance!
