  2. Look like you are trying to "encode" a Divx movie into MPG for VCD.
You need to give the details of your encoding parameters before others could help.

  4. I have tried the guide now… tried to burn it on an cd… black screen, and the sound from the film…
I think I have to find out how to delete all codecs from my computer, and finding some that works……

That is a problem… and that is why I use the newbie forum for this question… I have no idea what “encoding parameters” and why I should know it is out in the blue to! If I knew things like that… I would use one of the other forums…

Codecs are the likely cause, If you have Nimo installed you can remove them from add/remove in control panel. Any other codecs you can check your start menu or/and programme files and see if their is an un-installer for the codecs you find.
I would also recommend you do a registry clean after you have removed them with this....

Anything the codec has put in there just select it and click remove.
Then you can start again with a fresh set of codecs, check the tools section to the left for these.
Good luck and relax, the fact that ppl are answering you means they are trying to help you out.
(Encoding parameters = Encoder you are using, settings, media player etc etc)
