I have a vcd that came from a vhs tape with a few generations. The picture is clear with the exception of a thick transparant white line that moves slowly from the top to the bottom of the screen every few seconds.
The line was on the vhs tape before being converted to vcd. So, I was wondering if there is a way to clean it up a little. I'm sure I won't be able to get rid of it completely, but maybe I could make it less noticeable. Is it possible?
