Paypal will do the conversion for you, but ATM it is ROUGHLY $16.50 in US dollars.

Paypal also lets you draw funds directly from a bank account, so a credit card isn't NEEDED unless you want the program NOW.

I know that I got in at a sweet time - back when they were so desperate for business that I get better rates... and there were no fees or anything.

Nowadays they aren't giving away their premium accounts any more, but it's a good thing to have, since more and more places take it now.
