help with error code 0009A145 plz

Hi all and a pre'emptive Thanks !!!! to you all I'm getting this anoying error code 0009A145 of module. This freezes the decoding and I have to go to edit clip frame to get it on the next squence.
I thought it could be a corrupt avi but when I put the clip fram right befor the frame it froze on it decodes it fine and freezes somewhere ealse down the line.
Can anyone help me out of this mysery ?!?! plzzz
