problematic burner??? help help

my burner is a blaster cd-rw 4224 drive and is plays cd's fine but i go to burn songs on them it won't ... i have no idea what is wrong???and i have an older computer..thanks

check the system requirements on your box that the player came in..or website...low end processor..anything under 233 mhz usually have problems burning... if thats not it than i would check your software u r using to burn with...also reply with more information, like what happens or the error messages u get when u go to burn
