I have a movie and I want to capture video and audio seperately, and I wanted to know how to cut/trim the audio and resynch it with the video later. Any help is appreciated...thanks

Provided you use the same source for video and audio, you should have no problems...

I forgot to mention my reason...If I capture video seperate, I won't drop as many frames. So I want to capture the video by itself, and then the audio by itself. But the audio wont be the exact length of the video stream because my source is VHS and its hard to get exact. So I'll need to edit the audio to make it match the video.
