    I was reencoding m2v files and when I rebooted my computer all of a suddent it wouldn't load. I have a shortcut on my desktop and it wont load from there I have to go to the programs folder. It says it cannot accept this format or something like that. It doesn't make sense because it was working fine just a while ago before this happened. I dont know what to do
