What's the best method for me to convert my SVCD complaint (and not really compliant) music videos to DVD? I would like the best quality if possible.

once they are svcd, they are usually mpeg 2 allready, you can burn them onto a disc right then, ulead is the best for s/vcd authoring, it allows you to get chapters, ive used it allready with some music vds i had and its great, you would want to convert them to vcd using tmpgenc, since they are pretty small files then burn them.........holla back
