    4:3 PAL capture with premiere from dv-cam --> conversion with tmpgenc to vcd format --> burning with nero. In my 16:9 tv I can only choose two aspects: wide and full. Wide looks bad of course and full cuts parts from the top and bottom. I want to see all from my TV. What is the trick?

    it's a problem with your TV set, sadly.

    you could, of course, author your discs with borders on the left and right sides, but, that would make the discs look awful when played back on another TV set.
