I'll provide a small but useful tip/trick for you -- when I make DVDs out of my favorite episodes (I'm currently copying all The Avengers that is playing on the Mystery Movie channel right now) I set up a project with movies that have "AvengersOne" and "AvengersTwo". Then when I capture the new episodes I just name them the same thing, so essentially all I have to do is fire up DVDLab, change my title prompts, and make the DVD (because the audio/video assets are relative pointers to the files when the files change the assets point to the new ones).
