Panasonic E30 top menu pic

I got a Panasonic E30 from Singapore which can take both NTSC and PAL system.
Does the E30 selled in US market can also take NTSC
and PAL system?

Is it possible to change the top menu pic before I finalized DVD-R?
Is it possible to play the finalized DVD-R segment bypass the top menu?
Would you tell me some tips about E30.

Yep..As far as i know all E30's are switchable bewtween PAL and NTSC.

Tips ??..Ok.. heres a goody. Before using a DVD-R. 'Tittle' it and then if its not gonna work youll find out then and not a few seconds into the film you are recording.

Another tip. Get a DVD drive in your PC that can read DVD-Ram disc (I got a Toshiba one for about £30), you can then record stuff onto DVD-Ram discs n use your PC to edit out adverts n stuff.

This sort of answers your questions about changing the menu, put your DVD Ram or DVD -R in your PC and use DVD authoring sotware to re-author it and make your own menu.
