    In general I like this mpeg cutting program, but I've noticed that it doesn't seem to make the cut exactly where you tell it to. The difference is less than a second, but sometimes that can be annoying. Anyone know what's up with that?

    dunno but u could try MyFlix its the most the accurate at cutting that ive seen
