Wolfin2010, could you give us more details as to how you copied the DVD?
What software did you use to rip it to your hard-drive?
What is the total size of the files you ended up with?
etc etc.... -
I didn't RiP the DVD, I just use Nero's option DVD TO DVD COPY both DVD has same size 4.25 GB and all files are there.

Well, if "Rock Star" is a movie it is most probably copy protected.
You will have to use a DVD Ripper first.
Try DVD Decrypter, http://www.dvddecrypter.com, it's free.
You can either use it in "File" mode; you will have to select all the files (by default, DVD Decrypter only selects the movie files) and then burn in UDF 1.02 mode with Nero.
Or you can try the "ISO read" mode and then burn with DVD Decrypter itself in "ISO write" mode. I have tried the latter once and it didn't work for me.
Good luck,
