Hi,

When I try to play a VCD I have in my computer based DVD player which is hooked up to my TV the video scrolls vertically.
However when I put the VCD in a stand alone DVD player the video is fine.
I used Nero to burn this VCD like others I have made but this is the first time I've had the scrolling effect. I know I checked the NTSC video option and I tried twice with the same scrolling results.
Could this be a PAL issue as it is only on the TV? When I play the .dat file in Media player it plays fine.

Any help would be great!
