    Hi.

Here is my problem: http://jet.suomi.net/~erzo/prob.mpg (~200kB)

Any idea where that pixel interference comes from? (sorry, don't know the correct terms in english) It appears when watching video from the minidv cam through FW cable in Adobe Premiere and of course it comes to the captured file too. That isn't on the tape so the problem is with my PC or on the cam's DV-out.

    Something about my system:

    Sony TRV30
    Maxtor firewire card
    Win2000, Adobe Premiere.

    Any ideas?

  2. Have you tried other tapes? If not try one and see if it works.

  3. Always defragment your harddrive before capturing.

In addition, I switched from Premiere to MovieDVSuite from aist and I have no problems anymore.

    Cheers

    Patric

I've tried two tapes, no difference. Harddrive has just been defragmented.

Hmm.. I got Ulead Media Studio too, I'll install and try that later today.
