Is it possible to take a VCD and get a straight BIN/CUE out of it? I know that vcdtools can get the MPEG's from a BIN image, and that VCD Copy can get the .DAT files from a VCD, but those won't help my problem. The thing is, if I use VCD Copy, I don't get the chapters on the VCD if I burn it from those .DAT files, and I want to have these chapters transfered to an image. Any help would be appreciated. I have OS 10.2.6.

    Thanks,

Ive only ever done this with SVCD, but dont see why it cant work for VCD.

    1. Burn VCD disk to your HD as a .toast
    2. Rename to .bin
    3. copy and paste a .cue from somewhere else (anyone really) and just rename the .cue to match your newly renamed .bin

then burn like you normally do.

let me know if it works, it does for SVCD!
