Can only get sound in some of the ripped vobs.

Never had this problem before. I am trying to backup The Patriot. I have tried both DvdDectypter and Smartripper. I only get some sound in the vobs. Once the disc is ripped to the Hard Drive, I play each vob file of the movie, the first few have picture, but no sound. The rest of the movie vobs have picture and sound. The picture is there, but half have no sound. Neither Instant copy or Dvdshrink will work with these vob files. They give error messages as soon as I try and load them. Help please. Thanks.

If you're playing VOBs on Power DVD, after playing each VOB, close Power DVD and then re-start it. I think there's a bug in Power DVD.

I am playing them in PowerDvd, but that is not the problem. They are consistant in which ones have sound and which ones don't. This is the first time it has happened to me and only with this movie, The Patriot.
