Regarding DVD/DIVX (mpeg4) players. They say that these will be more common soon but a Divx file cannot be authored. So i am assuming that there will be no way to advance to certain parts of the movie like DVD's.
Yes it's true it would be a smaller file and therefore can be burned on a CD but it won't be the same as DVD's. What are your thoughts?

Someone over at the AVS forum has said there are THREE levels of Highmat: Level 1, 2 and 3.
The DVD-S55 supports only level 2 (no mpeg4 or WMV).I don't have a bad attitude...
