Do you use PicVideo and experience jittering/slight shaking when veiwing your captures?
If so, try experimenting with the settings.
I un-checked a box called 'two fields if more than 240 lines' - once done my captures were superb.

Just out of curiosity, was the capture interlaced or deinterlaced? I haven't ever messed around with the settings.
