Can JDB/CCE/HE Slimline2 (appr. Mustek V56) play DVD+R(W)?

For back up purposes I use following combination:
DVDshrink1.02 (DVD9->DVD5)
Nero 5.5.2.7 (DVD-video)
Burnt with NEC 1100 A on Nashua/Platinum DVD+R and Platinum DVD+RW

Copies work fine on Pioneer 343/535
Thrown into JDB Slimline 2 (sold at superdrug / kruidvat) I get message "wrong disc"
Player has been hacked already ("255/3001/4001/5001" etc)

Problem solved
Upgrade to Nero 5.5.10.28
Previous versions appear to have problems creating a compatible
video_ts folder

Combination with DVD shrink works fast and simple
