I have made hundreds of .d2v files with DVD2AVI, put them in TMPGEnc, and had them work just fine. I did the same thing as before, except this time I deleted all the other files of the DVD, excluding the .d2v and .wav files. I put the .d2v file in the TMPGEnc and it took a while before a message came up stating it did not support that file??? What does that mean, what do I have to do to make it work?
Thanks for the help.

If everything is infinite then nothing is definite.

Did you keep the video-stream related to the d2v-project file? The d2v file is really nothing but a project definition with a link to the original video-stream.
I don't know if that could cause TMPGEnc to suddenly forget its support for d2v-files.
