  1. I realize everyone has different color preferences, but is there some kind of "guide" out there for setting your color preferences in a TV-viewing program? I can watch one movie and get the levels just perfect, but another movie doesn't look that great. I don't really want to reset all my levels for each movie I watch.

    I'm thinking there must be some kind of picture or something I can view in the software that has a bright red fire truck, a big banana, and a large green tree for me to use as benchmarks for the color.

    Or, am I just gonna have to suck it up and do it myself? :)

    get a blue filter --- really

    thats all you need ...

    Wratten 47B Blue filter from any photo store. Newtek's Calibar comes with cardboard specs which are the right color; . You may also use a pure blue gel such as Rosco's #80 Primary blue.
