I captured an old VHS with Instant DVD 2 and converted mpa to wav. It sounds like an old vinyl and I don't know how can I make it cleaner.
Which filters should I use ? Other program with I can make it easily ?

You can get a filter from sonic foundry that I use to restore my vinyl collection. It is called Noise Reduction and can be used with both Sound Forge and Cool Edit.

If the audio is too bad, SoundForge won't be able to help much (nor CoolEdit). Look into DartPro 98 or DartPro XP. It was made to restore vinyl and cassette to clear CD quality. Works great. Look in the guide in my signature for some tips on audio restoration.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored. -
With all due respect, txpharoah, some amazing results can be achieved using CoolEdit, with some practice and patience. My son used to be a Music Director and DJ at a radio station and CoolEdit was his tool of choice for mixing promos, commercials, and cleaning up bumper music from old LP's to be used "on-air". Don't be too quick to dismiss it...

I too would say give Noise Reduction a try, I use it often to remove heavy pops and clicks as well as background static. It is a great package
