  1. I went on to another little project i have converted a divx file using tmpgenc following the tutorial from this site, i want to burn it to dvdr... i have now got a M2V file. (what the hell is m2v?)and a seperate audio file. i opened the M2V with win media player and it is pretty small, the picture,its like a little box in the middle of the window, will it enlarge by the time i burn it? i kept 'full screen keep aspect same ratio'. have i done it correctly?

    m2v=mpeg 2 video.
    This, together with your audio file has to be authored as DVD.
    How it looks using WMP has no realtion to how it will look on your TV, at least not when it comes to size.
    Full screen, keep aspect ratio seems a reasonable approach, yes!

    Well, if you don't want to learn, you've come to the wrong place. Learning is what's it all about. With the level of effort you seem willing to spend, may I suggest buying the video on DVD instead? No learning curve there...
