  1. i have a avi(which is codec with XVID mpeg2)(sound )mpeg layer 3
    and i am trying to convert to mpeg2 with lsx mpeg encoder
    but i keep getting the error "Audio stream not supported This program only support PCM audio format with sample rate 11025,41400, 22050, 48000 hz"

    i was able to convert a file with just video but no sound
    i try to extract the audio out into mp3 file and wav file i put it into tmpg
    with the mepg tools>simple multiplex to make it a mpeg file but i get the error "Illegal mpeg audiostream "

    what did i do wrong ??

  2. Hi Fuji

    Try loading the avi in vdub
    set audio to direct stram copy
    save wav
    then load the wave into something like bsweet
    process the wav to mp2
    then remux your mp2 and your video with tmpg

    this has been working for me by I am still pretty new at this
    please forgive me if I am alittle off, but I'm sure some of
    the pro's around here will be happy to correct me
