i usually just use tmpegenc and select the video file and audio file (WAV) to encode to VCD. but when i chose 128 as the bitrate, frequency at 44100hz, the sound gets some "pop" sounds during loud scenes, or when the crowd cheers in the movie 8 mile.
should i use tooLame as the external audio encoder? i heard is produces better audio quality.
oh yeah, im using 128 cuz im makin a 1-cd vcd.
