    hi this something i dont know, but its something ive just notived, when doin audio cd's using nero i always get the option for buffer underrun protection and it says its enabled when writing, but when i do a dvd disc i dont get the option and it doesn't say buffer underrun protection enabled when writing either

    why is this? why can't it be used for both oviously it would be helpful.

  2. click on choose recorder, then at the bottom of the window that opens, there is an options button, press that and the buffer underrun protection box is viewable and also the dvd high compatibility mode aswell.

    this is on 5.5.10.7 upwards

    dvd high compatibility mode was checked anyway what does that actualy do? then it says in brackets next to it (at least 1gb wil be written)
