using an ati tv wonder card, been using ati media and works fine but just installed ulead mf 2 and cant seem to figure out how to get sound when i use the composite input. audio input selector only lists my sound card and i tried all the options for the audio capture filter. any help would be greatly appreciated

A composite lead only carries the video.
You have to run an audio lead to the LINE-IN of your sound card. Or to the audio in on your capture card. and then a small lead to your sound card.
Not sure what you are running it from. But if it has a composite connector it should also have audio left and right (usually red and white) sockets.
Use a lead with 2 phono on one end and a stereo jack on the other.

i do have the red and white plugged in as well, also have a steroe cable running from my cap card to the sound card, it all works fine when i use ati mediacenter software but ulead mf2 doesnt get sound at all.

Ahhhhhhh I see
Right your Ati software may enable your line-in recording automaitically.
When recording using MF2 look in your sound cards playback and recording properties. Check line-in isn't muted. And recording is set at line-in. With some soundcards and software you have to enable it manually.
