How do i split a movie time in half when using nero.

If so then you need to split it into 2 (or more) files so each file will fit on a CD-R disc. This can be done with TMPGEnc using the MPEG TOOLS section which I think is under FILE from the top drop down menu items.
You should find a guide on how to do this in the SVCD section of this website.
