  1. Is there any program out there, that will burn VCD's, exactly how the files are when played on the computer? I'm meaning, so if the avi file, has a couple of bad frames, instead of burning the video up to the first bad frame with the picture, and then the sound continues to get burned, it would just continue burning over the couple of bad frames and then once it got past would burn the picture as well as the sound. I use Nero Burning Rom for VCD's, and when an avi file has some bad frames, it gets to the first bad frame and stops burning the picture for the rest of the file, but continues with the audio.

PLEASE HELP AS THIS IS BUGGING ME.

AFAIK, there's no conversion program that processes bad frames, they have to be removed first. Bad frames cause all kinds of problems like crashing, freezing and loss of sync. Why not remove them with Vdub? Of course, if there's just too many then you're stuck.

BTW, Nero is poor for conversion. Try TMPGEnc for better results.
