    Hi,

    I have been playing around with Easy VCD and although is seems to produce nice VCDs they are always out of sync.

    Can anyone explain where I am going wrong.

    I use VCD EASY to build SVCDs without a problem sorry cant help directly however this is what I use for your info :

    DVD2AVI - to get the sound file
    TEMPGENC - to encode (VCD or SVCD) into MPEG in correct CD size
    VCDEASY - to build the CD images and sometimes burn the cds as well
    chapterXtractor - to get chapter information.

    Have you tried DVD2SVCD to see if you still experience the synching problem ?
