I'm running tmpgenc 2.58.44 and am in the process of converting some vcd's to dvd--the only thing is that when i run ssrc through tmpgenc to re-encode the audio, it crashes back to the desktop with no error messages or anything. I'm mystified. What could be the problem here? It has worked flawlessly on my other vcd's produced in the exact same manner?? Ideas?

Use an external application to resample the audio, then select that audiofile when encoding/muxing the clip.

yep i would use vdub
load it in vdub, select full processing in auido tab then conversion to 48,000 (might want to click high quality)
then save wav or avi should do the trick
