I hope someone can help me out with my problem. I'm really new at ripping/authoring DVD's but not with computers. I used DVD Decrypter to rip my DVD. Then I used DVD2AVI to create the .d3v file. The DVD2AVI instruction said that in the statistic window in the video type window I see the word FILM. But I'm getting FILM99%. Is something wrong here? Then I encoded it using TMPGEnc. I got the the average video bitrate automatically by subtracting the AC3 audio file size from the total disk space available. I hope I'm doing it correctly so far. Then I tried to author it using IfoEdit and here is where my big problem starts. When the authoring reaches 15% I receive an error message that says failed write. Can someone point this newbie in the right direction?
