What are some good parameters to use? I am using TMPGEnc. Also, is it true that you can get as good quality as a VHS? I would like to know how. Right now, after I have burned the SVCD, I can see long horizontal blocks in the scene. I'm not sure what this is. That's the best way that I can describe it. Also, someone mentioned that XVCD is better. What is this?
