  1. I read that GeForce FX motto is "3D motion blur is actually visually better than exact frame by frame rendering"... and got the following idea : "why not the same in video ?"
    I would like to "motion blur" video scenes. In fact, "motion blur" filter in Virtualdub is only good for slow moves, in fast moves it creates a "ghost effect".
    Has anyone tried to gaussian blur in fast moves scenes ? Or tried Frame Merger 0.1 filter ? (http://www.geocities.com/gc_timsara/
    What is best "motion blur" filter ?

    Motion Blur is generally used for PC playback due to interlacing. Motion is not an issue for a television. Who/what is your target audience?
