  1. I've been burning onto my DVD-RW Disk for... probably a hundred or more burns... Always burning at 2X, and it works fine. I have a pioneer A05 burner (Been using the RW that it comes with, 2X media) Then last night, when I tried to burn it again... it would only let me burn at 1X? So I tried... put it into my DVD player, and now it's all skippy? It never did this before... I thought it might have been windows, so I formated -_- and it does the same thing... is it because I used my RW too much, or what?

  2. Try formatting it...and not the quick format. Use the full format option, or however it's named. Also, make sure the underside is both clean and unscratched.

  5. What do you burn your discs with? Any burner application has a command that lets you perform a full erase on an RW disc. I use Nero; there the option is in/around the Choose Recorder menu.
