    I need to know, if one VOB file can be 4 GB big. I want join 4 VOB files to one big file with VOB Edit, but I donīt know if it will work for me.

    First off, Yes a vob file can be 4 Gb big. I don't know if VOBedit can create these, but a vob file can be 4 Gb big. DVD-Decrypter can rip to 1 big vob file creating even bigger files than 4 Gb.

    Secondly, Why would you wanna create a 4Gb vob ?!?!?

    I want this big VOB for VirtualDub Mod to make VCD or SVCD with permanent subtitles using TMPGEnc. But Virtual Dub Mod can load only one VOB file, but on my DVD disk I have 3 VOB files. And I hope that this way will by solution of my problem. There is DVDx using TMPGEnc, but I donīt want this soft.

  4. Could please tell me how to join many vob files into a big one? i need to join like 20 vob files which are 4.2 gb into one big file.

  5. I see a problem, Depending on your OS. XP is the only windows that I know of that can read a file that is 4gig or bigger. I use DVD decrypter and tell it to make one VOB all the time.
