Hi! What I'm trying to do is take a divX movie file and eventually create an SVCD. So far I've extracted the audio file to a wav file (using this guide https://www.videohelp.com/divxtovcd#audio). VirtualDub displayed that the movie is 576x320, 23.976 fps. When I convert to an SVCD Mpeg file, which video type should I switch to in TMPGEnc? What I mean is NTSC, NTSC (Film), or PAL? Thanks! BTW, should I use (in the TMPGEnc wizard) CBR encoding or VBR in this case?

Okay, the site is really https://www.videohelp.com/divxtovcd#audio . Anyways I checked and saw that it wants NTSC (Film) for the FPS of this movie. The only problem though is that the guide is referring to a VCD, so it doesn't address whether CBR or VBR is better...
