Hi,
This is my problem. I downloaded (almost) all the episode trailers of Star Trek Voyager, but the all have a 2 second intro. Is there any kind of program that will let me remove these 2 seconds from 172 mpegs in one go ???
thanx in advance.
Greetz,

You haven't said how you intend to play these videos. However, let's assume you want to play them on your PC with Windows Media Player, or a similar player.
You can use TMPGEnc (free!) and use its "source range" feature to mark the starting and ending points for your video. This way, you can chop off any amount of footage from the beginning and/or ending of the video.
1. In TMPGEnc, browse for the input video file.
2. Encode to MPEG-1: Click Load and select the Video CD setting (there's one for PAL and one for NTSC).
3. Click Start.
