Just checked this out.

Looks very promising for when I finally want to get my VHS collection onto DVD with minimal fuss. Listed as $179 (US I assume), this could be it, but I will probably hold back until I hear feedback on the quallity.

High bitrate mpeg2?....6000 seems to be max, it is not even max dvd bitrate. But maybe great quality...

Also, VCD with video bitrate of 1500 kbit/s ???
