  1. I have a svcd movie, I want to join them together (3 cd's) and make them one big file, full movie. The mpegs have overlap's on them so when I join them all up the movie repeats where they join. I need some software that is able to edit mpeg2 files and chop frames out or sections out and save the file.
Plz anyone have any recommendations on software to use plz.

  2. there are a few pieces of software that do this. They are "all" in the tools section on the left.

just to give you a word of warning. If your source is VBR (variable bit rate) and not CBR(constant bit rate), you might as well forget cutting them. From what I have read, if the source is VBR, it is darn near impossible to do, if at all. I have heard of one program that costs in the 4 digit range that does it. I cant remember the name of it, but I do remember the cost.

    Hi ,

You can try mpeg2vcr(http://www.womble.com/). It's the best MPEG2 Cutter. It has frame accuracy and it's really fast. Yesterday I was eble to replace 5 frames from to clip and it was perfect!
