I am taking an avi from virtualdub and frameserving it to TEMPGEnc.
As recommended at this site, I can use: VideoCD (NTSCFilm) for my settings and get a 352x250 replay of my avi. However, when I try to make that show in full-screen in Windows Media Player I get a bunch of horizontal lines crushed together at the bottom of the screen or all over the screen.
What I want is to take my 720x304 file and create a 720x304 mpg through TMPGEnc. OR be able to view whatever file is created in Fullscreen mode at a good resolution. I am only frameserving because audiodub cuts to keyframes and I need a more precise cut in this file.
All help would be appreciated.

Do you mean in TMPGEnc? In settings, Under Video Arrange Method, I have set everything from Full Screen to Center, etc, etc, with the same results.
