    Ive been converting AVI to VCD & SVCD for awhile now, but recently i was encoding AVI to SVCD and after it finished the last 5 minutes of the mpeg2 had no video but played the sound, the video just froze but the sound continued to play.

    I dont know what caused it but thats the first time it has happend,

    Could be corrupted files at the end.
    Do a scan with Vdub.
