I would really like to know what is better? Burning from bin/cue or burning from the mpeg file?
Is one better than the other? If so what one and why??
Thanks to anyone who can clear this up!!

If by "burning from the mpeg file" you mean "burning a data CD with the MPEG on it", then that isn't a VCD/SVCD and most set-top players won't play it. You also will only get 700MB on your 80-minute disc instead of 800 like you do when you burn a VCD/SVCD.
