  2. The program i use it Goldwave, it's freeware and holds the options your looking for..

  3. CoolEdit2000 is a great program too...

    As a demo it's full featured, but you can only use a certain number of them at a time. If you're just diving up wav files and saving them, the demo would be more than sufficient.
